A letra, única de James no álbum, refere-se a uma marca de suco que sua mãe pedia, no hospital, antes de morrer. Sean Moore, o baterista da banda, traduz toda dor do vocalista em um tocante solo de trumpete no fim da canção, a lá Burt Bacharach. Terceiro single do álbum Know your enemy.
